Well, I wish it worked that way but it does not.
It is lonleiness because it IS loneliness, not because I THINK it is.
I cannot THINK my way into thinking I am not lonely. That is like saying you aren't hungry when you are. All of the touchy-feeling thought processes does not change the reality.
