I'm an introvert and based on my personal experience/observation.my personality can't be change no matter what.i tried to change my personality always since high-school from going out with my extroverted friends being talkative and copy anything that make me outgoing but it didn't work.thanks to internet and science sources that our brain is wired differently than the extroverts.i already accept who i am.suppressing your feelings, wearing a mask every time to meet the expectation of others is a death sentence.
