It is very interesting that there are a lot of introverts who want to be become extraverts. What about extraverts who want to become introverts? They don't exists at all. The're just happy bastards completely satisfied with what they have. If you consider that, doesn't it prove that they are not equal. Facing the truth extraverts are just better. Hence I suspect introvertion should be treated more like a sickness and less like a character trait.
