I find your posts to be some of the most consistently well-written and clear and informative posts on PT. I've benefitted especially from the ones around sleep issues. It's nice to get real, practical advice in list form.
I think there's often a stigma attached to going to a therapist for things like sleep or anxiety that may not be crippling, but can be affecting your daily life. So putting this kind of therapy in articles and books is really helpful for a lot of people. I find myself sharing your articles with other people.
