Thank you for commenting on my article. For most people it is helpful to begin by increasing your awareness of when the behavior is occurring. Even if someone tells me they pull or pick over 50 times per day, there are still patterns to the behavior. By examining the patterns, you will begin to understand your triggers. Next we want to apply coping strategies to each area you have determined are your triggers.
