Yeah, boring sarcasm. Sure, these are issues. But the real dangers we face are much more mundane, like our lack of developing new antibiotics, auto accident deaths, and gunshot deaths in non-terror events. Each of the last two kills more every month than all of the 911 disaster. The drunk driver who killed the spouse of one of my best friends spent only a short little "vacation" in jail, and nobody gives a damn. It's just hard getting elected talking about the 100,000's of people needlessly getting killed these ways.
