Why do people expect everything to be "easy"? Anything that takes practice, that will benefit our health and well being takes work, time and dedication. Exercising consistently is hard, eating healthy all the time is hard. But the rewards are great and well worth it. Becoming more aware in our life when everyone is constantly looking at their cell phone is a wonderful thing. I would rather "Feel" my emotions and face my life.
