The message is be accountable to yourself and others. Do not rely on a group to agree all of the time.

What happen to setting and reaching realistic goals? Why are people tired of the consensus route? Most times the outcome is minimal and we go back to same problem. Translation: wasted time and effort. Then the group takes the heat instead of the leader of the organization.

That's why they are paid big bucks! Is that right?
