Sharing personal information brings people closer together. But how do you know when you’ve gone too far—or when someone else has ulterior motives?

Forgiveness and "letting go" are always important in any kind of relationship.
Sometimes someone (often a woman) simply "needs her space" or a little time-out by herself and the other partner (often a man) wrongly assumes (to the extreme) on that basis that the relationship is destined for a break-up or "friend zone."
Men who live in certain areas or cultures known as red-light districts are often taught "no means no" with harsh enforcement and severe consequences for even the most minor infraction or violation of the Mafia's Code of Omertà, which demands a certain overdone or obsequious "respect" for women, almost as if a man were required to take a deep bow and tip a wide sombrero for a lady.
It is somewhat ironic, because the Mafia makes money running women into prostitution, and stable relationships and families are anathema to that business.
