That being said the introvert/extrovert myth needs to be exposed for the fraud that it is. By erroneously making this into a biological hangup, people are being robbed of a real solution. There's no such thing as a person born introverted or extroverted. And this can be easily seen when you can take introverts and turn them into extroverts just by teaching them how to socialize (handle criticism, state their views, stand up for themselves, etc.) This is the real solution to people who are experiencing social anxiety and are always being misled by the so-called medical community to just rely on anti-anxiety meds and other BS coping mechanisms instead of being smart and attacking the real problem - the lack of social training available in society.
