I struggle with being mindful, so much noise in my head.
Once in awhile I just "shut down". It is something that is hard to describe, I'm aware of where I am but I have no thoughts, I can't will to happen, it's spontaneous, I'm just in a bubble. And it's so peaceful. Whatever this called, I welcome it.
