What to know about what you don’t know you know. #1: Intuition is very efficient—if you don't overthink it.

I am an introvert and my partner is an extrovert. Our latest compromise is that he agreed to no longer roll down my passenger side window in the car and engage in small talk as we pass neighbors on the street. It sounds a little crazy, I know, but it was really making me insane - especially when the neighbors felt obligated to lean into my window for their rounds of "nice day, how's it goin'" banter. On extreme extrovert days, my partner seemed to go out of his way, traveling random side streets, looking for people to say 'hi' to while I just wanted to get to the grocery store (or wherever).
I'm inclined to believe that any folks driving behind us appreciate our compromise as well. I was glad that we could communicate with each other and work through it. :)
