I agree that more and more studies appear to show that insomnia may play a causative role in depression. However, is this treatment protocol seriously being promoted as the great saviour for insomniacs? Is there an insomniac alive who doesn't know to do these things to try to promote sleep? They may help where the issue is transient, but for those who have a serious problem sleeping this kind of stuff just doesn't touch the sides. I'm tired of this kind of simplistic thinking when it comes to insomnia. We need seriously better treatments than this.
