What happens when children were never taught how to enjoy the time spent eating a meal? Parents rarely ate with them, meals were never eaten at set times. Activities were first and then rush to put unhealthy meals in front of them. Flash forward 6 yrs later, now parent is using control method, allowing non family members to give them 10 minutes to finish a meal. If they don't finish they cannot have anything else and lose something they enjoy. They are not fed nutrias meals at all.
