As a mother with a child w autism and having survived sexual abuse myself and living w addiction, anxiety and depression, I think these steps you have listed could be used to help anyone on a spectrum of emotional and behavioral problems. Even my son w/ autism/adhd would greatly benefit from each of these steps being properly addressed in his life. I’m very curious how you do that, but I’ve been so disillusioned by the promises of others to provide amazing results that I’m skeptical. However, because this feels similar to the 12 steps, the only thing that has saved me from my myself and my past, I have hope. Good luck. A better way is needed and having studied brain electricity and participating in brain training trough Neurocore, it seems your list is spot on. Addressing sleep alone in my life has been very difficult.
