Alisa Crossfield Ph.D.

Alisa Crossfield, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist practicing at The Dialectical and Cognitive Behavior Therapy Center in Westport, Connecticut. She has trained extensively in the empirically supported treatment models of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has achieved Board Certification in DBT by the DBT-Linehan Board. Her clinical work focuses on mood disorders, personality disorders, and problematic behaviors stemming from emotion dysregulation. She has additional expertise in providing consultation to parents and family members of those living with mental illness.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Crossfield and her husband are enjoying the roller coaster ride of parenting a middle school-aged daughter and a high-school aged son.
