J. Craig Wallace Ph.D.

J. Craig Wallace, Ph.D., is a thought leader and innovator in both the private sector and academia. Across three universities, currently professor and chair of the Management Department in the College of Business at Clemson, he has built several degree and non-degree programs tailored to executives – most notably the creation on the executive PhD in business. Outside of academia, he routinely conducts leadership bootcamps and speaks to dozens of organizations a year on various leadership topics (e.g., Self-compassion, Humility, Leading Change, Authenticity, and High Involvement). Not only does Craig build innovative and action-oriented programs, he is a Fellow in the Society for I/O Psychology—the world's most prestigious group of business psychologists. He is a former associate editor for Journal of Management (#1 in Applied Psychology, #3 in Management) and has sat on the boards of many other premier journals (e.g., Personnel Psychology). His PhD is from Georgia Tech and is a graduate of Wharton's Elite Advanced Management Program. He has published over 50 articles, given hundreds of talks, and has been a featured guest on Sirius/XM Business Radio. His work has been cited over 4000 times, winning many awards. Craig hopes to create a work environment that is conducive to all employees leading to high levels of organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Craig loves chasing critters in the fall, coaching his kids' sports teams, catching redfish, pretending to be a chef, trying to gain a deeper world view, watching college football, learning as much as possible, traveling, and seeing his students, clients, colleagues, and friends thrive.
